Frank Roessler

Frank Roessler founded and oversees all aspects of Ashcroft Capital.
Previous to forming Ashcroft, Frank compiled over a decade’s worth of institutional experience in multifamily investments. During this time, he oversaw the underwriting and acquisition of over $250M of multifamily assets. He also was the director of asset management over a portfolio of approximately $500M of assets for several years. These two experiences gave him a unique and well balanced experience in order to accurately and conservatively identify strong investment opportunities while constructing a practical and appropriate business plan for each asset.
Frank has a Bachelor of Science degree in electrical engineering from Bucknell University and an MBA from the Anderson School of Management at UCLA.
